What can I customize??

We know your event is one of a kind, and you want your stationery to reflect that. Our designers are able to make many customizations free of charge, including font changes, text changes and minor photo adjustments. Be sure to be specific in your “special instructions” notes when personalizing your item so we know exactly what you’re looking for. Feel more comfortable speaking with our design expert? How do I add additional text??

We understand that you may wish to add more text then what’s shown in the design sample. Save your additional text in the text boxes when you personalize your order. The digital proof that you receive will show how the text will display.

Do I need to format my wording? ?

No. Simply enter your copy in the “wording boxes” and we will take care of formatting it into the layout. Our design team will make adjustments if necessary to provide the best look possible.

Do envelopes come with my order??

Yes, all of our invitation and card designs will come with a standard white envelope at no extra cost. We also offer address labels to save you time and effort while addressing your envelopes for an additional fee.

Can I order more invitations/products at a later date??

More items can be ordered at a later date, but it will be more expensive as each print run requires a certain set up cost and preparation time. We highly recommend ordering at least 10-25 extras up front. Be sure to account for wrong addresses, last min quests, keepsakes, as well as a set for your photographer when deciding on your final quantity.

Uploading Photos?

We recommend that you always upload original photos with cropping or color correcting them. Add in the notes if you would like them a certain color style (such as black and white) or if you have a request on specific cropping.

To ensure that your photo prints at the highest quality possible, ask you photographer for a high-quality image (300 DPI). If our design team finds that your photo does not meet the minimum requirements, we will contact you.

Will I receive physical hard copy proofs? ?

No. All proofs will arrive as digital PDF proofs. Digital proofs are a cost effective and flexible way to view and make changes to your order. You will receive digital proofs within 2 business days from placing your order.

2 rounds of changes are included in all orders. After that, you can purchase additional proofs for $50 each.

Do you offer Samples??

Yes. We offer 3 free samples. Additional samples can be purchased for $2 each. Samples ship in 3-5 business days. All of our samples are pre-printed and cannot be customized. Customization is only offered on placed orders.

We encourage you to order a sample so you can experience the quality of our paper and printing in person!

Do the invitations come assembled??

No. All of our products ship flat. However, items that require folding will be folded. Assembly is very straightforward and is as simple as stacking your included cards. ­

When will I receive my order??

Our production starts the day after you place your order and includes the time it takes for us to perfect, ship and print your stationery.

Orders and proof approvals must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST to be considered as an order or approval for that day, otherwise, the order will be processed on the following business day. Orders and proof approvals received on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

You can expect your digital proof in 2 business days. You can approve and send to print or leave notes for revision requests.

Once you’ve approved the design on all items, we’re ready to print! Please note that we will not begin to print until all items are approved.

Production time takes approximately 7-10 business days. Shipping task approximately 2-10 business days. Timing may change based on your order and specific needs.

Do you ship outside of the United States??

Unfortunately, we do not. As of now, we only ship within the United States.

How do I return my order? ?

Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Our team starts production the next business day after the order it has been placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancelations after a 24-hour period has elapsed. To cancel your order before it has gone to production, please contact us and have your order number handy.
